Miro C210J / C210

The Phantom Miro C210J and C210 are small, light and rugged digital high-speed cameras, designed to meet the most demanding applications. The cameras have a 12 bit ½-inch CMOS sensor and achieve up to 1,800 frames per second (fps) at full resolution of 1280 x 1024. They are also modular, and can be connected to a Miro Junction Box to create multi-camera configurations as simple or as complex as needed.

The Miro 320 performance level is available in the LAB body style targeted at indoor/laboratory environments.

The Miro 320 is a 2 megapixel camera with 3.2 Gigapixels/second (Gpx/s) throughput. This translates to 1380 fps at 1920 x 1200, or over 1500 fps at 1920 x 1080. Frame rates up to 325,000 fps are available at reduced resolutions. The Miro 320 uses microlenses on its custom-designed CMOS sensor with 10 um pixel pitch to achieve great light sensitivity, and with 12-bit pixel depth you can expect excellent image quality

We’ve recently added two additional models to the Phantom Miro family. The cameras share a 4 Mpx sensor (2560 x 1600), as well as all other popular Miro features/Scientists and engineers can take advantage of the 1.6 or 3.2 Gpx/s throughput, precise timing, camera synchronization, flexible triggering, excellent light sensitivity, and many other advanced features to gain insight into products and processes. Miro 120

The Phantom Miro 120 is a 2 megapixel camera with 1.6 Gigapixels/second (Gpx/s) throughput. This translates to 730 fps at 1920 x 1200, or over 1,200 fps at 1152 x 1152. The minimum digital exposure is 1µs. The Miro 120 uses microlenses on its custom-designed CMOS sensor with 10µm pixel pitch to achieve high light sensitivity. With 12-bit pixel depth, it also sports high dynamic range for excellent image quality. Maximum frame rate at reduced resolution is 250,000 fps. The Miro 110 performance level is available in four body styles. The new LAB-Series is ideal for indoor, laboratory environments. The R-Series is a rugged camera for harsher environments. The LC-Series has a flip-out LCD touchscreen interface for camera control and cine playback.

The Phantom Miro 110 is a 1 megapixel camera with 1.6 Gigapixels/second (Gpx/s) throughput. This translates to over 1,600 frames-per-second (fps) at full 1280 x 800 resolution. Frame rates up to 400,000 fps are available at reduced resolutions. The minimum digital exposure is 2 µs and is available in both color and monochrome versions.

The Phantom v641 is the second generation v640 camera. It is smaller and lighter than its predecessor and has a number of new convenience features requested by users. There are dual power inputs for battery backup or hot-swapping batteries when under battery power. The Phantom v341 digital high-speed video camera provides a 4px 35mm format sensor v341 The Phantom v341 digital high-speed video camera provides a 4 megapixel 35mm format sensor and almost 3 gigapixels/second throughput. That means full-resolution frame rates of 800 frames-per-second (fps). Max Res:
The first number listed is the maximum resolution of each slow motion camera. All cameras except the Miro 1 can be used at smaller resolutions, and as the resolution is decreased the maximum frame rate will increase as you can see in the other examples. The resolution/speed relationships shown are just a very small sampling of what is available.

FPS: The maximum frames-per-second at the maximum resolution. You can select lower frame rates on all cameras. The Miro 1 has 8 total selections, all other cameras have hundreds or thousands of legal values. Some maximum frame rates are added cost options

Exp: The minimum exposure setting for the super high speed camera. The smaller this value, the more you can freeze the motion of high-speed objects. However, the smaller the value, the more light you will need. Of course, you can set higher exposures up to 1/FPS. The minimum exposure on the Miro 1 is calculated by: 10% of 1/FPS. The minimum 300ns minimum frame rate on the V12 is an added cost option.

Bits: The number of bits (bit depth) DETERMINES the maximum number of gray scale levels that the sensor can see. As stated, the 12-bit cameras see 12 levels of gray when it's really 2^12 or 4096 levels of gray. In general, the more the better for the best images. However, larger bit-depths increase file size. The maximum bit-depths shown here are added cost options on some cameras.
