Hello,

I am using Phantom Cine Viewer 675 and no mather what I try to export the files as I get the same error "File not supported".

Any idea what is wrong? We tried on 2 different computers and we get the same error.

Running on Windows 7 64bit.

Its very urgent.

Hi Miran,

The most common reason I've experienced from other users for this error is that they were trying to convert 'Packed' cines.

This is the default (and only) format of the files as they are stored on the Cinemag. Many post production users run into this issue as they are not aware how the cine file was recorded.

If this is the case, you will need to unpack the cines prior to converting them to another file type.

I've included two images that should:
1. help you determine if this is the case.
2. provide brief instructions on how to unpack the cine

I hope this helps; if not please send me an email to support@visionresearch.com and we can work through other solutions.

Thanks,
Phil
