Hello,
we are using PCC 1.3.697 with Phantom Flex camera and old Toshiba laptop (Win XP, Intel Xeon, 4Gb RAM...) without problem. Now on our new laptop HP Elitebook 8540W (Win 7, Intel i5 dual core 2,53 GHz, 4 Gb RAM, Nvidia Quadro) we open LIVE camera feed in PCC.exe, but after a little while we get 'program not responding'. It isn't caused by network connection, CPU usage stays between 10-20%, and PCC is using only 80Mb RAM. Also when we tried setting CINE resolution to 640x480 it didn't happened so often.

Does anyone have any idea what could be causing this problem?

Thanks

Please collect a log file. In Manager tab - Preferences validate Enable Logging and restart PCC.
You will find a PhCon.log file in C\ProgramData\Phantom\697.
Please send this file to technical.support@visionresearch.com mentioning "for Liliana". Thank you.

The log contains a long portion of a previous run with images - please delete the old log file before collecting a new one.

Last run contains no errors but the log does not contains the end of the run; only the first 15 seconds. Please describe exactly what error do you get, how frequent does it happens and collect a full log on it.
