We recently discovered an issue with the measurement tools in the PCC application that is creating some problems for us.

Gene Nepomuceno and Mark Doerfler recently were able to come by and upgrade both our camera's firmware and also install the latest version of the PCC software. We were fortunate enough to be able to run a test while the guys were on site and discovered that we can't do speed measurements with calibration files like we used to with the Classic Control Software.

Evidently the Scaling Measurements are not setup to work between files. As there is not a viable way for us to place a scale in the field of view during the shot, we are unable to use the PCC software in the same way the we were able to use the Classic software.

Is this an issue that can be fixed? Persistent scaling is a reliable method that we use in a variety of situations to determine speed measurements. In the meantime, we will continue to use the Classic Software.

Thank you!
