Hello,

I am new to this forum, and have searched for this error message, but have not yet found it. Recently when I try to open up my cine files, I get the following error message.

"no iplib dll was found in the waterfall procedure"

It seems to be associated with the Phantom software. Does anyone know a solution to this problem? Every time I try to copy files I am getting this error, and freezes up Window Explorer. I am running XP with SP3 on an old Dell 620 laptop.

thanks

mgm
